GUARANTEE:

I believe that every transaction must be a win-win situation, we both must be happy or forget it! So if you get your item, even if it's a custom made gun and you're not happy, there's a problem. Satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. I will promptly refund your purchase price either via a check or credit your card (depending on how you paid for it) as soon as I receive the returned item. You are responsible to get it back to me, which includes shipping and insurance (your only risk). No returns are accepted after 15 days!!!

RETURNS:

7-day Inspection Period: Look your purchase over, enjoy it, use it. If not satisfied with it after 7 days then please return it promptly. NO returns accepted after 15 days from the date shipped.

TERMS:

All purchases must be prepaid before shipping or at pick up. Special orders: things built for you will require a down payment of 50% of the price or $800.00, whichever is less. Balance due prior to shipping.

SHIPPING:

You pay all shipping charges and cost of insurance, including return shipping and insurance if needed.
